The customer service was excellent. I truly enjoyed my interactions with the staff. Very pleasant and helpful. The location was close to sites and areas I wanted to explore. The breakfast service was wonderful and the options were nice.

It’s dated and I stayed in the part that wasn’t remodeled. I wasn’t the fan of the shower, it was an interesting set-up and it got messy. I like a well-lit room as I tend to read before bed and the lighting wasn’t the best. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect location! Very near the shopping area, Don Quijote, and the tea ceremony activity we booked! We loved the 10th floor that had a view of the Sky Tree and offered tea and some asakusa delicacies, it was a nice place for a break before we headed out again for the evening.

The hotel is at a perfect location. Everything food shopping, shrine and station right outside the door of the hotel. Don Quijote is only a few minutes away and is open 24 hrs, you can shop late when its not as busy and the hotel is minutes away. Plenty of food spots to eat late at night.

I loved this hotel. Loved the location and the staff.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and in a very good location with tons of restaurants and shops nearby as well as close to a train station. The staff was friendly especially the front door attendants who help usher you in and hail taxis. We (family of 3) stayed for 4 nights in two different occasions and would stay again the next time we visit Tokyo.

This was our first stay in Japan. Arrived after a long flight and train to hotel, quick easy check in. Room was large enough for the two of us, and everything worked fine. Quiet as well.

Breakfast prices were very high, not a huge deal but would have preferred to try it one day. Probably could have booked at a lower price when made hotel reservation,

Location good. Facilities good. Washing machine, lounge at 10th floor, breakfast at asakusa view (lvl 26), left luggage facilities.

Breakfast not having much ala carte choice.

Good location-shopping, dining and sight seeing are close-by.

Room is small. It looks much bigger on pictures shown on website. Front desk-young lady who checked us in was not friendly and she didn’t seemed to want to help us.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The location is excellent and very convenient.However, the accommodation style was not very comfortable for us. The mattresses were placed on the floor, which made it quite difficult to relax in the room, and it was not really possible to sit comfortably.At night, the third sleeping place near the window became very cold, and unfortunately one of us got sick after that.The common sitting area closes at 10 p.m., which is usually the time when you return to the hotel, so it was not always possible to use it.There are also very few washing machines, and the dryers are separate, so doing laundry required several trips and some waiting.The cleaning was not at a very high standard, which was also a bit disappointing.

Great location. Liked the 3pm free nimbles up stairs.

Bathroom took a little getting use to.

The hotel is very clean with nice accommodations. Even the hallways have a relaxing scent which helps you unwind immediately after a long day walking around Tokyo. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect as it is very close to everything - within walking distance of temples, shops, restaurants, and public transportation stations. Their restaurant on the first floor serves yummy breakfast as well.

Everything was great.

It's new and modern! The bathtub was remarkably exceptional with jacuzzi, mini waterfall, and a screen! You can tell that the hotel is new or newly renovated from its modern vibe and cleanliness. The location was superb too. Every tiny details are arranged to maximize the convenience of your stay. The access to the top floor executive lounge with free Japanese confectionary was the cherry on top. Totally recommended especially for a family of 4.

Great location, nice room with clean and comfortable beds. You can choose to have breakfast in this hotel or the main hotel across the street, which has a very nice breakfast buffet and great view of Sky Tower.

No teaspoon in the room for coffee/tea or yogurt :(

We did not love this hotel. It was generally ok, but the bathroom had some dirt and/or mold around the edges of the floor, the bath products are distributed in a way that is hard to manage (in sample-sized doses with insufficient counter-space on which to hold them), the beds are Japanese style and low to the floor which was difficult for my elderly father to manage. We did go to the buffet breakfast in the hotel's main building -- the breakfast was good and the view is incredible.

Very good location, my room is comfortable for 3 persons to stay. There are many restaurants near by, good coffee shop for breakfast, Don Quijote and Uniqlo is only 2-minute walk. The Asakusa station and Tsukuba Express station is not so far, it’s so convenience to go around. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can find necessary amenities at the lobby (2/F) .
